Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Sotiris Restaurant Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and pastries for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a variety of sweet and savory baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes.
- Develop and execute recipes for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Ensure that all products meet our established quality standards.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- 2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
