Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound sales calls to customers to promote our products and services
  • Respond to parts pricing inquiries from customers through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Fulfill parts order requests from clients with precision and attention to detail
  • Provide inventory availability and shipping times to customers, ensuring seamless communication
  • Collaborate with other Brandt field staff members to provide comprehensive parts support
  • Work with multiple vendors to offer customers a range of options for their parts requests
Requirements
  • Proven multitasking ability, with experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers through two-way communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
  • Previous experience in the agricultural industry or outbound sales is an asset, but not necessary
