About the Role

Njoyn is seeking an experienced Arts and Culture Coordinator to join our Community Services team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various arts and culture programs and initiatives, including the Saint John Community Arts Funding Program and the Artist in Residence Program.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide strategic support and liaison services between the City of Saint John and the Saint John Arts Board.
  2. Develop and implement effective project management plans for arts and culture initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with local, provincial, and national partners and stakeholders to promote arts and culture in the Saint John community.
  4. Represent Njoyn at various arts and culture-related events and meetings.
  5. Contribute to the development of arts and culture policies and procedures.

You will have a strong background in arts administration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
