Requirements:

  • Education in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Human Resources experience and/or schooling.
  • Labour relations experience.
  • Ability to work in an armed environment.
  • Ability to work a varied work schedule, Monday – Friday, across four time zones.
  • Ability to work a hybrid position with a possibility of in-office work in the future.
  • Access to a vehicle and valid license for commuting to different branches across Ontario.
  • Interpersonal, problem-solving, organization skills, and a team player.
  • Detail-oriented and dedicated to meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress, and high-volume environment.
