We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Interventional Radiologist to join our dynamic team at BC Children's Hospital. Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, we offer a unique opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals delivering imaging services to the hospital and consulting services to the wider province.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a collegial and dynamic environment, collaborating with our team of 16 Pediatric and Interventional Radiologists. Our state-of-the-art facilities, including 3T and T MRI, CT, US, Nuclear Medicine, fluoroscopy, radiography, and angiography/IR systems, provide an ideal setting for providing high-quality patient care.

As a Pediatric Interventional Radiologist, you will be responsible for performing a range of procedures, including diagnostic angiography and vascular intervention, neuro-intervention, hepatobiliary and renal transplant intervention, vascular malformation therapy, long-term vascular access, GI tract access and dilatation, joint injections, biopsy, pain management, and oncologic intervention.

Clinical responsibilities will include up to 50% of clinical time in diagnostic Pediatric Radiology. Teaching and clinical research are integral parts of the role, and academic time is supported for research and educational activities.

Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the Province of British Columbia, have or be eligible for Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certification in Radiology, and have completed recognized fellowships in Pediatric Radiology and Interventional Radiology.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $400,000 - $600,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, pension plan, and generous paid time off. The University of British Columbia offers a competitive academic appointment package, which includes a salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 CAD per year.
