Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Executive Lead for Member Experience at Canucks Sports & Entertainment. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service to our members.

About the Role

This leadership position will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Membership Services team, ensuring that our members receive outstanding service and support. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive member retention and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and coaching to account executives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and execute retention programs that meet the needs of our members.
  • Lead weekly meetings with the Membership Sales & Services team to discuss goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Work with the Director, Ticket Sales & Service to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets that drive revenue growth across CSE business units.
  • Develop and implement CRM tracking, data collection, and analytics to improve member retention, communications, and program development.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Liaise between various teams, including Premium Service, Ticket Sales, Hospitality, Housekeeping, Ticket Operations, Engineering, Corporate Partnerships Activation, and Fan Services, to ensure seamless event-day operations and service delivery.
  • Oversee conflict resolution of escalated membership complaints, resolve post-event issues, and follow up with members as necessary.
  • Execute seat relocation, seat selection, and upgrade programs to enhance the member experience.
  • Participate in and execute various season ticket member events throughout the season, including benefit activations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related customer service experience in a supervisory role.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration or hospitality management.
  • Inspiring leadership skills and experience rallying a team to achieve its highest potential.
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic, operational, and tactical customer service plans.
  • A commitment to service excellence.
  • Effective time-management skills, strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience planning and coordinating events, projects, and programs.
  • Extensive computer knowledge, including MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Proven track record of achievement in meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to relate professionally to all levels of staff, management, clientele, and suppliers.
  • Committed to working in a team-driven environment.
  • Dynamic, hardworking, confident personality with drive and initiative.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent judge of character as role oversees day-to-day operations for various units within the business that must be managed with integrity.
  • Experience with Archtics and Ticketmaster is an asset.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to employee discounts and perks.
