Parking Enforcement Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parking Enforcement Officer to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service experience, especially in difficult situations.
  • Conflict Resolution: Remain calm and professional even when dealing with challenging customers.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Utilize License Plate Recognition (LPR) system monitor for compliance with parking policy and procedure.
  • Fee Issuance: Issue fee notices to vehicles not in compliance with parking policy and procedure.
  • Time Limit Enforcement: Utilize LPR system to enforce time limits within specific posted areas.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the appearance of the LPR vehicle at all times to present a professional image.
  • Customer Follow-up: Follow up with management on any potential customer service issues.
  • Parking Validation: Assist merchants with issues related to parking validation system.
  • Pay Station Assistance: Assist customers with proper use of pay stations and perform minor maintenance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Prefer high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced with Microsoft Windows PCs and related applications (Word / Excel / Access / Outlook).
  • Device Familiarity: Comfortable with devices running both Android and Apple Operating Systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driver's License: Valid Driver's license required - FULL G required.
  • Clean Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
