Job Title: Parking Operations Manager

Reimagined Parking is seeking a highly skilled Parking Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our parking facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Contact: Liaise with property managers and respond to all requests and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by responding and handling client requests and resolving all issues in a timely fashion.
  • Reporting: Review and ensure accuracy of daily reporting to property management and Impark/Reimagined Parking.
  • Tenant Account Management: Reconcile, audit, and update all parking accounts, including device issuance and replacement, and account setup.
  • Card Access Auditing: Ensure operations are properly locking out unpaid accounts, including following up on unreturned access cards and decals not on file.
  • Investigation and Reporting: Investigate and report any discrepancies between parkade access system and MPS Core, and communicate with property management and Impark on any discrepancies and actions required to correct.
  • Office Administration: Perform office administration tasks, including ordering supplies and correspondence for the Account Manager.
  • Staff Training and Succession Planning: Provide education, hiring, discipline, termination, training, and scheduling for staff.
  • Staff Scheduling: Produce and maintain updated monthly schedules within UKG and Dimensions, and ensure all staff information is correct within UKG.
  • Loss Prevention: Follow up on daily reports and ensure compliance with property management and Impark audit standards.
  • Physical Condition Review: Regularly review the physical condition of lots, including landscaping, signage, surface, and lighting, and provide general equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Remediation: Eliminate factors causing deficiencies in lot performance.
  • Rate Strategies: Review rates and make recommendations on ways to incentivize parking operations and grow parking revenues.
  • Performance Review: Conduct performance reviews and appraisals of staff as required by Impark policy.
  • Safety: Ensure the safe operation of locations in adherence to property management and Impark standards, and track and manage incident reports and damage claims.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Age: At least 18 years of age.
  • Account Management Experience: Experience in account management and revenue collection.
  • Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory experience.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
  • Availability: Availability to work on weekends.
