Nail Salon Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Tik Tok Beauty Nails & Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Monitor Quality and Production: Maintain high standards of quality and productivity by monitoring and evaluating the work of our nail technicians.
- Oversee Cleaning: Ensure that our salon is clean and well-maintained, including the cleaning of specialty and difficult items.
- Requisition Materials: Order and manage the inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies needed for our nail services.
- Resolve Work Problems: Address any issues or concerns that may arise during work hours, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise and Train: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, and provide training on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Environment: Noisy and odorous work site environment.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
