About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician to join our team at Arete, a growing organization dedicated to providing unparalleled support to employees and organizations across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person or telehealth psychological counselling services to Arete assistance program users
  • Participate in monthly supervisory conversations and/or peer consultations
  • Collaborate with a team of colleagues to deliver high-quality services

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counselling Psychology or a related field with a minimum of three years of post-graduate counselling experience
  • Registration and a minimum of $2 million in professional practice insurance
  • Competence in delivering psychological/clinical counselling and general assessments to a broad range of clientele
