About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Arete. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality psychological counselling services to our clients, working collaboratively with colleagues across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-person or telehealth psychological counselling services to clients
  • Participate in monthly supervisory conversations and/or peer consultations
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counselling Psychology or a related field
  • Minimum three years of post-graduate counselling experience
  • Registration and professional practice insurance
  • Competence in delivering psychological/clinical counselling and general assessments
