About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Meridian Rehabilitation Consulting Inc. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to children and youth with support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders in children and youth.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Work closely with families and caregivers to empower them with the skills and knowledge needed to support their child's therapy goals.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and research in the field.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Eligibility to register with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for use during work hours.
