About the Role


This exciting opportunity is for a Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Homewood Health Centre. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.



Job Description


In this position, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic support to patients in treatment interventions, facilitating group therapy sessions, and documenting patient progress according to hospital standards.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide individualized therapy to patients with complex mental health issues
  • Facilitate and co-facilitate psycho-educational and process groups
  • Develop and implement individualized client treatment and recovery plans
  • Document patient progress and provide ongoing support


Required Skills and Qualifications


We are looking for a regulated health professional with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. You should have experience working with trauma and addictions populations and knowledge of multiple frameworks and theoretical models of practice.
