Your excellent communication skills will be essential in coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations
  • Organize warehouse and work areas
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Work Environment:

  • 36 to 40 hours per week
