Restaurant Manager Job Description

Adrak Hospitality is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations: Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. Overtime required.
