Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at GIOPALM Group Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  • Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, and recruit and train new staff members.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
