Landscape Foreman/Forewoman Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman/Forewoman to join our team at Earthscape Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day work activities of a landscape construction crew.
  • Train crew members in skills and methods of landscape installation, adhering to Earthscape standard operating procedures and quality expectations.
  • Plan labor requirements, equipment needs, and material deliveries to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain and enforce standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization at job sites and in company facilities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in landscaping construction site work, including concrete, masonry, carpentry, site layout, site grading, and water feature installation.
  • Ability to read and interpret scaled drawings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of engaging team members in efficient and organized work.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Compensation:

$32.00-40.00/hour, depending on experience.
