About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Mehtoj Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize logistics operations.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Supervision and Team Management

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 16-20 people and ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.

Certifications and Licenses
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate
