Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Neon Freight Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the transportation of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of transportation logistics.
  • Prepare and submit reports on transportation activities and performance metrics.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery used in transportation operations.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed by external vendors.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies related to transportation logistics.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks and responsibilities.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of transportation-related materials and equipment.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures for transportation operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements:
  • More than 20 people supervised.
  • Transportation route and crew schedulers.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • MS Access.

  • MS Outlook.
  • MS PowerPoint.
  • MS Word.
  • MS Windows.
