Key Responsibilities:
- Offer administrative support to senior management and professionals.
- Manage document preparation, including keying, editing, and proofreading.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Arrange appointments and meetings for senior management.
- Oversee office supplies, inventory, and records management.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, responding to queries.
- Establish and maintain office procedures.
- Welcome visitors, redirecting them to the relevant person or department.
- Compile meeting minutes and reports.
- Book travel arrangements and make reservations.
- Support research activities by gathering data, statistics, and information.
- Supervise and train office staff on procedures and software usage.
- Co-ordinate conferences and events.
Requirements:
- Minimum four years' bachelor's degree required.
- Three years of experience in administration necessary.
- B2+ level of English proficiency essential.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification mandatory.
