Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
