- We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at AMAR TELECOM LTD.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and manage office support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Establish clear priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the administration of our establishment, including coordination of office services such as facilities management, equipment maintenance, supply chain management, and asset disposal.
- Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain accurate inventory and budgetary controls.
- Presentation of data and preparation of periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
