Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Team Lead to join our team at Save-On-Foods. As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will play a key role in delivering quality patient-centered care and contributing to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans to drive pharmacy sales and revenue.
- Enforce policies and best practices related to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
- Manage inventory, team member scheduling, training, and development.
Requirements:
- Pharmacist license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia or equivalent regulatory body.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in pharmacy operations and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
