We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at The Mexican Corner Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and cooking of meals, as well as training and supervising junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Train and supervise junior staff members in food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
