Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of 3-4 sales associates, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire, train, and develop sales associates to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
