About this Role:
The Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor at Lawtons is a key position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of pharmacy assistants to achieve excellence in customer service, workflow efficiency, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate the work flow of pharmacy assistants
- Manage department personnel, including scheduling, recruitment, performance management, and training
- Coach pharmacy assistants to deliver superior customer experience
- Promote PROfile Programs and educate pharmacy assistants
- Communicate operational requirements and changes to the pharmacy support staff
- Complete monthly reporting and supervise inventory management
- Process customer transactions, prescription assembly, and administrative duties
- Receive refill requests, record deliveries, and perform data entry
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a pharmacy assistant or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of MS Suite
- Preferred: Undergraduate degree or Pharmacy Technician Certificate
