We are looking for a skilled Logistics Yard Administrator to support our night shift operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job DescriptionThe Logistics Yard Administrator will be responsible for:
- Acting as the first line of contact for customers' routine reporting requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining reporting, recordkeeping, and retention policies for internal records.
- Providing customer updates and information on route status.
- Escalating non-routine customer inquiries and managing equipment as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Inter/Intranet use.
