Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Implementation
Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while also ensuring that our menu offerings are aligned with our restaurant's brand and values.
Staff Supervision and TrainingSupervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand, while also minimizing waste and reducing costs.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Financial ManagementManage the financial aspects of our food service department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role, or equivalent experience.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
