About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Rowland House in Surrey. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stationery supplies and maintain a high level of organization
  • Coordinate external professional visits and maintain accurate records
  • Produce timely and accurate reports
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, service users, and their families
  • Handle resident money and maintain petty cash records
  • Provide reception cover as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage, but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
