Job Description

As a Senior Cost Consultant at Turner & Townsend Group, you will be responsible for preparing construction cost estimate reports at all stages of design for various projects. This includes managing estimating and cost planning activities, applying value management techniques, and post-contract cost management.

You will also be involved in ensuring that cost analysis, cost checking, and valuation work is managed effectively. Additionally, you will participate in value engineering, LEED analysis, and life cycle costing, and take a lead role in interfacing with clients and other consultants.

Key responsibilities at this level include business development, staff management, recruitment, and knowledge management. You will be expected to have a recognized university degree in quantity surveying or a related field, and membership of relevant professional organizations.
