We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store operations excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage store associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop store associates
