About the Role

The Manager, Infrastructure Services plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Douglas College's technical infrastructure. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical specialists and overseeing the development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of the College's technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the College's technical infrastructure.">
  3. Lead and manage a team of technical specialists to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical services.">
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical systems and services.">
  5. Maintain and improve the College's telecommunications, computing, and networking technology infrastructure.">
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.">

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computing Science or a related field.">
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a post-secondary educational institution.">
  • Proven leadership and management skills.">
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical infrastructure management.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
