Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Fraud

At Equitable Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our fraud prevention efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to mitigate fraud risk in our lending products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize fraud prevention initiatives
  • Develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies and solutions
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand fraud risk and develop mitigation plans
  • Lead the development and maintenance of fraud prevention policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze fraud trends and metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of fraud risk and mitigation strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluency in French is considered an asset
