Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Program Development and Community Outreach Coordinator at Yukonstruct.

This position is responsible for developing and implementing programs that align with our mission to foster creativity, innovation, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Program Development (40%):
  • Research and identify new program opportunities and partners to expand our offerings.
  • Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of our members and community.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Community Outreach (30%):
  • Build relationships with local schools, organizations, and businesses to promote our programs and services.
  • Foster partnerships to support our mission and goals.
  • Event Planning and Execution (20%):
  • Plan and execute events, workshops, and training sessions that showcase our facilities and expertise.
  • Communication and Reporting (10%):
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on program participation and outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with event planning and execution.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $26-$30 per hour, negotiable based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
