We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team at Compunnel Inc. as a Corporate Real Estate Director. This role is responsible for the strategic planning and management of a global corporate real estate (CRE) portfolio, overseeing regional strategies and market plans to optimize real estate through cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
This position requires a strong understanding of CRE financial terms and principles, as well as excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing real estate and workplace optimization strategies, leading the management of a global real estate portfolio to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and collaborating with key stakeholders to align real estate plans with business strategies.
The Corporate Real Estate Director will be responsible for providing strategic and financial analysis to support decision-making, managing reporting on major capital projects and portfolio KPIs, and supporting various CRE and enterprise initiatives through project management.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- 7+ years of experience in real estate strategy with increasing responsibility
- Experience in portfolio analytics, workplace strategy, and presenting to leadership
- Strong financial background and project management experience
- Knowledge of workplace trends and corporate real estate
Preferred qualifications include an MBA and a university or college degree in real estate, design, or architecture.
