Senior Kitchen Operations Manager

The Chopped Leaf is seeking a Senior Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food and service meet high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise staff who prepare and portion food.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in kitchen management or related field
- Certification in food safety and handling (an asset)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
