Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage the sales floor, merchandise inventory, and customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
  • Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient operation of the store
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and organizing stockroom
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate
  • At least 7 months of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 32.5 hours per week. You will be required to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. A combination of sitting, standing, and walking is also expected.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
