At Bellevie Cafe / Bakery and Eatery, we are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality baked goods are consistently produced and presented to our customers.

• Bake mixed dough and batters for a variety of sweet and savory pastries, bread, and cakes
• Supervise baking personnel and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Train and mentor junior staff members in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer orders and specifications

• 3+ years of experience in a commercial bakery or related field
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and presentation methods
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
