Job Description:

At CANADA INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Record Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Record Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including calculating fixed assets and depreciation, keeping financial records, and establishing and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books

Computer and Technology Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Proficient in MS Word

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform repetitive tasks
