Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator.

About the Role: As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing partnerships with schools and school districts, providing in-person teaching to students, and ensuring the implementation of Code To The Future's educational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with schools and school districts to ensure student success.
  • Teaching: Provide in-person teaching to students using Code To The Future's curriculum materials.
  • Communication: Provide open and ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Standards Implementation: Ensure the implementation of Code To The Future's educational standards.
  • Professional Development: Lead Professional Development trainings for educators, both in person and online.

Requirements:

  • Education: A BA/BS degree.
  • Experience: Experience working with children.
  • Skills:
    • Solid understanding and comfortability utilizing technology.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Physical Requirements: The ability to occasionally lift, move, and set up instructional materials and equipment.
