About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumbing Assistant to join our team at S.J.S Plumbing and Mechanical. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our plumbers and ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Transport Materials: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Material Preparation: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Site Cleanup: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring proper maintenance and operation.
  • Site Traffic Management: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers, pedestrians, and vehicles.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, such as loading and unloading materials, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
