Job Summary

Lennox International is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, providing expert advice to customers, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service and product expertise
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and local team to manage inventory and achieve sales goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales promotions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in HVAC, customer service, warehousing, or retail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
