Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders for service installations
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointment details and resolve any issues
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments and ensure efficient use of resources
