Job Title: Labourer - Metal Fabrication

We are seeking a skilled Labourer - Metal Fabrication to join our team at Carriere Industrial Supply Limited.

Job Summary

The Labourer - Metal Fabrication will be responsible for operating metal cleaning equipment, transporting items throughout the plant, and assisting structural steel and platework fitters. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically demanding, and have excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from metal products.
  • Transport items throughout the plant using powered equipment.
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually.
  • Assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators, or other metal workers.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas.
  • Load and unload vehicles.

  • Physically demanding.
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
