Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and stored, and that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities to team members, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, sales volumes, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
