Job Summary
We are seeking a Deli Clerk - Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Food Store Location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. As a Deli Clerk, you will be responsible for providing legendary service through various communication channels, properly preparing products to Co-op standards, and maintaining a clean and well-maintained department.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Federated Co-operatives Limited's vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members' lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Provide legendary service through various communication channels.
- Properly prepare products to Co-op standards, package and label finished products, maintain production records.
- Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department.
- Maintain and display all types of deli products according to department standards, including hot meals and salad bar.
- Cashier duties as required.
- Continually monitor code dates to ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf at all times; follow FIFO.
- All other duties as assigned.
