KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

CUSTOMER

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and advice, contributing to the ongoing improvement of the branch customer experience.
  • Process a range of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other transactions as necessary.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening a limited range of products and/or services for customers.

SHAREHOLDER

  • Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to advice goals and promoting products, advice, services, and banking capabilities.
  • Understand and apply operating policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Contribute to business objectives for Operational Excellence, supporting the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.
  • Evaluate and recommend customer solutions from established options, ensuring alignment with Bank policies and procedures.

EMPLOYEE / TEAM

  • Participate fully as a member of the team, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Support the team by continuously developing knowledge in own area, contributing to a fair, positive, and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.
  • Act as a brand champion for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and externally.

BREADTH & DEPTH

  • Requires established customer service skills to perform a range of routine activities and multi-step customer transactions, generally with limited financial impact.
  • Requires a broad knowledge of the basic product suite of business supported, evaluating and recommending customer solutions from established options.
  • Identify and assess customer problems in straightforward situations using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues internally.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.
