About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll provide maintenance support to our retail locations, including liquor stores, gas bars, convenience stores, and food stores. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing maintenance support to all retail locations
  • Conducting site assessments and repairs
  • Performing preventative maintenance tasks
  • Receiving and responding to maintenance requests
  • Supporting sites with maintenance-related tasks
  • Providing safety orientations and preparing contractors for maintenance work
  • Prioritizing tasks based on operational needs
  • Working with the Safety & Asset Protection team to address incidents and accidents
  • Managing annual contractor maintenance
  • Contributing to the team's commitment to our Core Values of Integrity, Community, and Excellence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of general maintenance experience
  • A high-level commitment to a safe working environment
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a team
  • A valid Class 5 DL with a clean driving record
  • Exemplary customer service skills, aligned with our brand standards and core values
  • A proven track record as a self-starter, dedicated, and reliable
  • Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
