Hotel Front Desk Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Happy Motel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process guest arrivals, departures, and room changes efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage room inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Handle guest payments, including processing credit card transactions and handling cash and other forms of payment.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a hotel or similar environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
