About the Role
The Restaurant Manager at 3 Brasseurs is a passionate individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations, ensuring that our high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene are met, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans, and achieve sales and profit targets.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure 3 Brasseurs remains a leader in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
